Patent lawyers specialize in the field of intellectual property. They may work with inventors during the patent process to ensure the inventors' works are legally protected. They protect their client's right to the invention, so in a way, they earn heavily as their client deal in the invention which fetch more money if it gets the patent. In order to protect their rights, they also earn big money. Moreover, practicing lawyers can't be compared to them as in their own field they earn good money too. One can't compare the two. Every specialization is really rewarding if you are master in that field, be that crime, civil, family cases, arbitration cases. There are plethora of clients and cases in every filed. Still, these days, intellectual property rights is an interesting field as subject is enjoyable and have much scope in era of digital world where brand name, advertising plays a big role. And, you tap in big companies as client and be rewarded highly as far as monetary thing is concerned. Arbitration field is highly rewarding too as it's between government PSU and other corporate firms.

ACLAT is an exam conducted by Allaince University for admissions in various law program. This is an objective question exam which is an offline exam.
Here are a few eligibility conditions for ACLAT exam:
1. Candidate passed class 12th exam with more than 45% marks for Bachelor program. For LLM, candidate has to pass with more than 45% marks. And for PhD program, candidate has to score more than 55% marks in their LLM degree. 5% Less in all programs is allowed for SC/ST candidate.
2. Candidate who are in the final year of their qualifying exam can also appear in exam.
3. General Candidate who are applying for UG program- Age must be less th

It all depends on what is your inclination and what you want to do with law. If you want to pursue your career in law, your MBA has no significance role in getting a client however, that will sharpen your presence skills (again, depends from where you did your MBA). If you want to make a career on the basis of your MBA, say you want to make in marketing or merger and acquisition, etc. a law degree is an adventure and if HR then very much advantageous. It depends on you and the career you choose.

It is a good field to choose as in foreign as well as in India there have been many cases with regards to employee and company issues so the best way is to practice in labour courts or associate yourself with an NGO.

CS and LLB is a great combination altogether as in case of corporate law you can easily enter into the capital market and company as in most of the places have legal and secretarial department as a singular entity.

Ph.D itself is a reputed degree. In case you want to study more you can pursue a specialized course in law or can go for higher education abroad, whereas, if you want to start earning, this would the best time to get a job.

BCA LLB is a course meant for students who want to pursue a career in cyber law or law relating to computer technology. Whereas, B.Sc LLB is for those who belong to the science background and are interested to pursue their career in law and science as well.

Both have their own meanings, LLB is done after graduation, whereas, BCA LLB is an integrated course which you can apply for after completing your higher secondary education.

Hey there,
Well, Campus Law Centre is a reputed institute in terms of law and is a name which everyone knows. It has produced great lawyers and also the standard of education is phenomenal.
The infrastructure is decent, its library is quite good and above all, it's a DU affiliated college.
Galgotias, on the other hand, is a very new institute and it not only focuses on law but other fields as well. Moreover, there have not been many law graduates passed out from this university. The overall setup for law is still under construction.
So, I would suggest in terms of faculty and the level of education, Campus Law Centre is way better than Gal
