BA (Human Resource Development) is a full time, three year programme split into six semesters. It emphasizes both theory and practical HR skills, supplemented by value based education and short term courses. Eligibility: Class 12 pass from a recognised board; total course fees approximately INR 75,000. 

At SDM College of Business & Management, Mangalore, the BA is a three year (six semester) full-time programme in Human Resource Development (HRD) . It includes:

• Languages: English plus Kannada or Hindi.
• Core papers in HRD, management, soft skills, and ethics.
• AECC/Foundation subjects like Constitution of India, Environmental Studies.
• Skill Enhancement Courses (SEC): Topics such as counselling, communication, and HR tools.
• Electives aligned with HR practice.

SDM College of Business Management does not accept any entrance exam for admissions to the BCA course. The BCA course for candidates is offered at a merit-based admission process. Candidates seeking admission to the BCA course at SDM College of Business Management must apply for the same through the application form. The required  details must be filled and the asked for documents need to be submitted in order to apply for admission.
