The college has good infrastructure with a mix of good opportunities for self-development. Attendance criteria of 75% is adhered to strictly. Teaching staff is like any other engineering college. Placements for comps. And IT are good. Almost all students get placed.

In terms of just purely placements, RAIT is a bit better. But, when it comes to all round education and a good crowd, SIES is way better than RAIT.

No, your percentile is too low. But maybe you can try branches like PPT (printing and packaging technology). But I wouldn't be too confident about it honestly.

No. But B.Tech and BE are basically the same programmes with the same value. There isn't much difference.
