There will be 60 questions in the SITEEE exam. Physics and Chemistry will have 15 questions each while the mathematics section will have 30 questions.

The SITEEE 2026 exam will be conducted in online mode. However, students will have to take the SITEEE exam at designated test centres. The allotted centre details will be available on the admit card.

Candidates who are aspiring to join B.Tech. programmes offered by institutes of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) need to appear for the common yet mandatory Computer Based Test (CBT). SITEEE will be conducted online and will have three sections: - Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The SITEEE was earlier known as SET. The duration of the SITEEE online exam is one hour, or 60 minutes. Each question in SITEEE will carry two marks. The exam will be held across several test cities in India.

No, the SITEEE exam does not have a negative marking rule for incorrect answers. In the SITEEE exam, each question carries two marks; for every correct answer, a candidate will get two marks. Also, no marks will be deducted for the wrong answers. Therefore, it is advised for all the candidates not to leave any question unanswered. The SITEEE 2026 exam for Test 1 and 2 will be held tentatively in May 2026. The SITEEE exam comprises 60 questions, and the total marks for the exam are 120. Candidates need to attempt questions on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. SITEEE is an online entrance exam that is conducted by the Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune.
