No other college in the northern states of India accepts the score of the SLAT exam. Two SLSs, namely, SLS Pune and SLS Nagpur, can help candidates get admission to these two colleges in western India. However, SLS Hyderabad is the option for candidates who want to take the SLAT and get admission to a law college in South India.

All Symbiosis Law Schools are equally good in terms of the quality of law education. Thus, after getting a good score in the SLAT candidates can get admission to any of the four Law Schools of Symbiosis International (Deemed University). Getting admission to an SLS depends on the cutoff marks decided by it. Thus, if a candidate wants to get admission to a Symbiosis Law School, he or she needs a SLAT score equal to or more than its cutoff. Generally, 65% marks in the SLAT are a good score to get admission to an SLS.

There are four law colleges of Symbiosis Law Colleges (SLSs) that accept the score of the Symbiosis Law Admission Test 2023 or SLAT 2023. These SLSs are Symbiosis Law School Pune, Symbiosis Law School Noida, Symbiosis Law School Nagpur, and Symbiosis Law School Hyderabad. Colleges other than SLSs do not accept SLAT scores because SLAT is especially administered by a private educational institution, namely, Symbiosis International (Deemed University) for admission to its constituent law colleges. Candidates who pass SLAT 2023 are required to apply for an SLS or SLSs of their choice to get admission to one of these colleges.

The SLAT 2023's Reading Comprehension section was the simplest. Candidates were required to apply their knowledge of sentence structure and vocabulary of the English language to solve questions related to the Reading Comprehension section of SLAT 2023. Questions related to static GK and Current Affairs were asked in the General Knowledge section of SLAT 2023. The GK section's questions were static in Test 1 of SLAT 2023. They were based on the ancient and medieval history of India. The Ukraine-Russian War was a topic covered in the GK section as well. The majority of test-takers thought the SLAT 2023 exam's GK section to be the most challenging. In the SLAT Test 2 conducted in 2023, questions related to sports were asked in the GK section of the exam.
