The SLAT 2023's Reading Comprehension section was the simplest. In the Reading Comprehension section of the SLAT 2023, questions related to articles from newspapers like "The Hindu" and "Times of India" were asked. Candidates were required to apply their knowledge of sentence structure and vocabulary of the English language to solve questions related to the Reading Comprehension section of SLAT 2023. Thus, the knowledge of English Grammar and vocabulary helped them to perform well to solve the section.

Questions related to static GK and Current Affairs were asked in the General Knowledge section of SLAT 2023. The GK section's questions were static in Test 1 of SLAT 2023. They were based on the ancient and medieval history of India. The Ukraine-Russian War was a topic covered in the GK section as well. The majority of test-takers thought the SLAT 2023 exam's GK section to be the most challenging. In the SLAT Test 2 conducted in 2023, questions related to sports were asked in the GK section of the exam.
