Hello, The UGC NET Exam is conducted in 81 subjects by the National Testing Agency. Out of these 81 subjects, there is a subject "education" in the UGC NET subjects list. So, if you want to appear in the UGC NET Exam then you are suggested to apply for the UGC NET Education subject. Here you can check the pattern of exam -
There will be two papers in exam I. e. Paper 1 and Paper 2. The exam will be held of total 3 hours OF 300 marks. There will be no negative marking. So, this was the pattern of the UGC NET Exam. The exam is conducted twice a year by NTA (June and December). You can apply for any of these two sessions to appear in exam

Hi,
For Regular courses - Total seats: 31. (Lady Irwin College). I do not think DU offer Distance Learning for this course. You can try IGNOU – it is an open university and approved by UGC. They provide Distance learning.
