Yes, you can do M.Ed.
Mandatory course: B.Ed
Candidates who have done B.Ed must have also scored minimum 50% marks in graduation.

You have to fill application form online from the Site of Jamia Milia Islamia. There will be an entrance for the same. Now, the admissions are over. It will start again from June. All the best.

No, you can't do B.Ed in special education or masters without graduation. You can do Diploma course after class 12th .Regards.

No, you can do B.Ed in special education only after graduation. And, same goes for MA Sociology. You can only do Diploma course after class 12th .Regards.

Yes, you can pursue B. ED, you have to appear for B.Ed entrance. You can get next year, because admissions to B.Ed has closed now.
