For Regular courses - Total seats: 31. (Lady Irwin College). I do not think DU offer Distance Learning for this course. You can try IGNOU – it is an open university and approved by UGC. They provide Distance learning.

Both the courses, i.e. B.Com first and then regular B.Ed & integrated B.Com+B.Ed are the same courses. You will save one year of your life if you join the integrated course.

Yes, you can. But, selection procedure would vary from school to school. So, attend as many as you can.
