Cutoffs are hard to fetch from college but if you have minimum 6.5 CGPA or 60% in you previous degree then you are eligible to get into MCA in any college or university.

As per the SJCE Mysore website, The college is offering four years B.Tech programme in Computer Science and Engineering. So Computer Science and Business System course is not available here. Please visit SJCE website for more clarity.
