Srinivas University offer BTech across five specialisations. All these courses are full-time programmes and admission is based on merit in SUAT. The specialisations in which the UG course is offered are:

There is a sanctioned seat intake for each of the BSc specialisation. Candidates are admitted at the time of counselling based on the seat intake. As per the official website or sanctioning body, there are 100 seats each for BSc Nursing and BSc Nursing (Package) programmes.
