There are certain eyesight requirements to apply for SSC jobs in India. If your eyesight is worse than 6/6, or if you are color blind, do not see with both eyes, or squint (cross-eyed), then it may be difficult for you to get a job. Usually the worst eye can see at least -20/30 or 6/9 while in the best case it should be able to have a clear sight of 6/6 or 20/20. Yes, Goa SSC exams 2026 will be based on 100% syllabus. Students can check the Goa 10th syllabus 2026 on the official website. Students must finish with their syllabus and know the exam pattern well at least a month prior to the exam. This way they'll be better prepared for the exams.

SSC CGL is a two tier exam. If you want a direct job after SSC CGL you will have to clear the exam and get good marks. the Tier 1 is qualifying in nature. Tier 2 marks are considered for the merit list. the higher you score the better post you will receive. Students will have to prepare very good as every year nearly 40+ Lacs students apply for SSC CGL. If you are looking forward, you must get your target and start preparing. Thorough strategy and consistent hardwork will get you the post of your choice. After clearing you can get posting in Ministry of Home Affairs, External Affairs, CGST, Income Tax, Post etc.

The Andhra Pradesh SSC exam duration is 3 hours. Addditionally, 15 minutes are given for reading the question paper. Physical Science,   Biological Science, First language paper II, OSSC Main Language Paper I,   OSSC Main Language Paper II, and SSC Vocational course exam duration is 2 hours.

The selection process of SSC Stenographer comprises CBT and skill Test in Stenography. The CBT comprises three sections, General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, and English Language and Comprehension. The total marks for the test are 200. Candidates are given one dictation for 10 minutes in English or Hindi. Candidates need to type the dictation at the speed of 100 words per minute for the post of Stenographer Grade C and 80 w.p.m for the post of Grade D.
