According to the information, NCC (National Cadet Corps) is not designated as a direct facility nor on any of the official channels as well as in comprehensive reviews on the State College of Nursing Dehradun. Though, SGRR University, located in Dehradun (it includes a College of Nursing), D.A.V. (P.G.) College, and Graphic Era University, have active NCC; the State College of Nursing infrastructure and facilities reviews do not generally comment about NCC. It is recommendable to communicate directly to the college to understand whether the college has any affiliation, or a chance to allow the students to take part in NCC.

State college of nursing and Governmnt nursing college Haldwani, both are reputed and old colleges inn Uttarakhand. I totally agree about the fact that haldwani college has better infrastructure, but not only the infrastructure itself makes the college popular and first choice for the students, it is placements, skill development, experience of the teaching staff, reachibility etc.
I hope this answered your question.
