A key driver of the high costs of living in San Diego is its housing market. Due to its scenic coastal views & limited land availability, housing properties do not come cheap.

Other than that, the state of California is also known for its high tax rates which contribute to the overall inflation in San Diego.

The University of San Diego was the first stand-alone institution in the US to be awarded the prestigious Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies.

The university was also the first campus located in the West Coast to be designated as a Changemaker campus & to this day it remains a part of a very few number of Changemaker campuses in the world.

Yes the UAdelaide permits international students to work while studying. Overseas students must be mindful of the fact that they can work no more than 48 hours per fortnight while classes are in session and it is essential that this employment does not interfere with a their academic program. During vacations, they can work for unlimited hours.

With 10% acceptance rate, the chances to get selected to Emory University is quite low. The university has a tough admissions screening procedure and follow certain factors while choosing candidates. International students must exhibit outstanding academic achievement and provide the necessary supporting materials, such as their academic records, a recommendation letter, a statement of purpose, a CV, and proof of English language proficiency, in order to be admitted to Emory.
