Yes, Students coming from other countries must demonstrate their English language proficiency through IELTS, TOEFL, or Duolingo. The university also offers waiver criteria for those who have attended at least 3 years in an English-medium school. It is advisable to take at least one of these tests to be safe during admission. The minimum IELTS score is 6 or above, a TOEFL score of 60 or above, and a Duolingo score of 95 or above.

UW placement rate attracts students from all over the world. University of Washington placement rate is 85%, and the graduates are employed within 6 months of graduation. Out of every 100 students, only 85 students secured employment. UW graduates are always in high demand worldwide.
