It is quite easy for students to get part-time jobs while studying at UCLA. The university has a wide range of student employment opportunities from on-or-off campus work-study programs.
For job listings, students can log on to MyUCLA, but work-study students are encouraged to limit their work to reasonable hours that do not interfere with study schedules. Many employers are willing to accommodate class schedules, and the UCLA Career Center provides a lot of resources-such as assistance in resume writing and impromptu interviews-reducing the burden of the job search process.
