A Graduate Visa itself doesn't directly lead to settlement in the UK. It allows you to stay and work in the UK for a limited time (usually 2 years, or 3 for PhD graduates) after you complete your degree. To settle, you'll need to switch to another visa category (like a Skilled Worker visa) before your Graduate Visa expires, and then meet the requirements for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) after a qualifying period on that new visa. So, the Graduate Visa is a stepping stone, not a guaranteed path to settlement

The acceptance rate of LaGuardia Community College is 89%. According to some sources the acceptance rate is 100%. The acceptance rate shows that the college is easy to get into and not very selective. It is also an open-admission policy institution that has few admission thresholds.

Living on campus students can fully immerse themselves in the student life. Miami University offers over 45 residence halls with affinity communities and living-learning communities. The estimated cost of housing and food is  $10,382 and $6,368 respectively. International students with F-1 visas are allowed to work on campus. It is advisable to not work in the first semester. A maximum of 20 hrs per week is allowed during the school year, but a student can be full-time during vacation periods. Students should apply for Federal Work-study programs to get employment easily. Federal funds contribute 65% of the student's wages. The employing department pays the remaining 35%.
