The entrance exams accepted by the university for admission to its medical courses includes the NEET conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) of India on an annual basis and apart from NEET test scores the university also conducts an entrance test of its own.
The institution doesn't explicitly mention a valid test score, but according to reviews posted by students on Shiksha, passing both exams is a must to be eligible for admission at KSMU.

No, internships are not always free. They can be either paid or unpaid.
- Paid internships: These offer compensation, often in the form of an hourly wage or stipend.
- Unpaid internships: These do not provide financial compensation, but they can still offer valuable experience, skills development, and networking opportunities.
Whether an internship is paid or unpaid often depends on factors like the industry, the company, the type of work involved, and the intern's experience level.
