In order to secure admission, all overseas applicants must fulfill certain University of the Pacific admission requirements listed below:

Undergraduate Requirements:

  • Official or certified copies of academic records for all secondary and post-secondary study;
  • Proof of English language proficiency;
  • SAT/ACT score (s);

Uni of the Pacific is a lightly competitive university to get into, as its acceptance rate stands at 95%. This figure tells us that almost 95 out of every 100 applicants manage to get enrolled in the university, which is almost all the applicants. Usually, the University of the Pacific acceptance rate is around 95%. For Fall 2023 admissions, University of the Pacific received over 5,700 applications from prospective undergraduates and graduates. Out of these,  more than 5,400 candidates secured an admission offer from the university. Hence, it can be concluded that with the University of the Pacific acceptance rate of 94.8%, the university is lightly selective to get into.

Following are the documents required for getting an F-1 visa-

  • Valid passport 
  • Filled-out Form DS-160.
  • Calvin College issued the I-20 form.
  • A passport-sized photo.
  • Receipt for payment of SEVIS fee.
  • Diplomas and transcripts from schools attended, either recently or previously.
  • The school needs the original standardized test score reports.
  • Original Walsh College acceptance letter.
  • Financial proof demonstrating enough money to pay for college living and educational costs.

According to the rankings published by FT (Financial Times) 2024, EDHEC Business School ranks at #57 in the year 2024, which is a drop of 10 places as this ranking for Global MBA was #47 in2023.  The above is not the case with all the ranking bodies, for instance, according to the QS Ranking 2025, the Global MBA programme of this B School ranks at #47, which is an increase of 4 spots from the year 2024, this programme ranked at #51 in the year 2023. In terms of acceptance rate, the University of Birmingham is more selective. It has an acceptance rate of around 13%. Whereas, Queen's University Belfast acceptance rate is around 31%. According to The Guardian rankings 2025, QUB ranks at #43 and the University of Birmingham ranks at #36. Choosing to study at either of these universities would depend on students' choice eventually.

A Tier 4 Visa allows students to work for a maximum of 20 hours per week and full-time during vacations. The visa would allow students to work 10 hours per week during the term time and full-time during the vacations. Students can work as student ambassador, tour guide, and various hospitality roles.

To pursue an MS in Canada,

  • A  3 or 4-year bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory. 
  • GPA should be 3.0+ out of 4.0 GPA.
  • A good score in standardized test such as GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, GMAT and etc. (Minimum required score will vary in these universities)
  • In some universities, work experience is an eligibility. (Make sure you check the official website of university).
