No students are only allowed to apply for one degree programme at CSUEB at a time. But it can be possible to apply to a degree programme + a programme offered through the American Language Program together

Eligibility for most of the courses at CSU can be met by PG aspirants by submitting IELTS Academic results not older than 2 years with a minimum overall score of 6.0 with no individual score below 6.0. Some courses may have higher requirements

For research courses these requirements are 6.5 (no subscore below 6.0)

Yes, students can work while studying at CSU Students can opt for work-integrated learning to apply their classroom knowledge in practical world or for a voluntary work placement (VWP), which may be unpaid, but only lasts for a short period of time (1-10 days). Note that student visas permit only allow students to work upto 48 hours per fortnight during study periods and unlimited hours during others.

Charles Sturt University's career portal provides various useful resources and information like internship opportunities. There are also interactive career workshops and advice provided on improving a resume/cover letter. The Jobs Board allows students to find volunteering, internship, part time as well as well full time jobs. Lastly there are several annual on-campus and online Charles Sturt Careers Festivals that are organized.

California State University Long Beach has taken following measures to ensure the safety of the campus:

  • The police department at the university is available at all hours of the day. All the crime-related cases are to be reported to the department. The campus has emergency blue light call stations from where students can be immediately notified about any emergency situation.

  • Security services are available for daily campus activities, regular inspections are held. Apart from this, action plans are created at the time of large events.
