Yes, students applying at the St Francis Xavier University can pay their tuition fee in installements through debit card, cheque/money order/draft or cash. Internationall students are required to pay theur fee through the official university portal with the help of GlobalPay that transfers the tuition fee direclty from the bank to the university account.
Adittionally, credit card are not accepted at the university for paying any fees.

According to Present Perfect rules, you need to use Has/Have after subject and third form of verb. Here are some more rules
- Use "have" with I, We, You and plural subjects.
- Use "has" with He, She, It and third-person singular subjects.
- Use V3 (past participle) that indicates an action is completed.
