Undergraduate programs:  As an international student, you may apply to UC as either a freshman or as a transfer student, depending on your level of education. The following are the admission requirements:

·         Must have completed their secondary education and have earned a certificate of completion.

·         Never enrolled as a university student

·         The applicant must have a 15-year-long academic course with a GPA of 3.4 GPA

·         Indian students must complete both year X and XII state board or CBSE examinations, with average marks above 70 and no marks below 60.

Above mentioned are the basic requirements an international student has to meet if want an admission. There are other requirements specifically for BTEP (MS Berkeley Teacher Education Program) at UC Berkeley:

Note: CSET stands for California Educator Credentialing Examinations that can be taken in India by registering for it through the CSET’s official website.

CSET is taken by the students who wish to teach a single subject, for those who wish to teach many subjects, a Multiple Subjects CSET can be taken. It is an online proctored test, and offered on yearly basis, so the students are requested to keep the schedule in mind as it is taken on first come first serve basis.

 Radboud University has an acceptance rate of around 53%, making admissions to the university somewhat selective and competitive. On the contrary, the acceptance rate at Leiden University is around 63%, hence making admissions to the university less competitive and comparatively easy. Besides the acceptance rate, students need to adhere to the admission requirements for international students stated by the universities along with securing scores equal to higher than the minimum accepted English Language proficiency test scores stated by the university. Moreover, students are required to submit the application form along with the application fee before the deadline stated by the universities.
