International graduate students of USF must qualify for  Graduate Research or Teaching Assistantship. Requests for assistantships should be made at the time of the application for admission. To be eligible for assistantships, applicants must be accepted to a graduate degree program. They must also maintain minimum GPA and degree program GPA of 3.0.

Yes, USF offers scholarships to international students. First-year applicants are considered for merit-based scholarships automatically after they are granted admission to the university. A few of the international scholarships for international students are 

  • USF Green & Gold Presidential Award
  • USF International Student Scholarship
  • USF Green & Gold Directors Award

The amount for scholarships varies as per the scholarships. It ranges from USD 4,000 - USD 48,000.
