With the Durham College acceptance rate of 41%, the university is moderately selective to get into. Also, the Humber College acceptance rate stands at 70%, which indicates that the university selects only 70/100 applicants on average. Hence, both universities are moderately competitive when it comes to admissions. However, Durham College Canada is more selective.

Students must excel in academics in order to boost their chances os securing admission to either of the universities. Apart from this, students who are outstanding in activities outside class also stand a good chance to secure an admission.

International students who does not have English as native language are required to submit proof of English proficiency. Lambton College accepts various English language tests such as TOEFL, IELTS, etc. But for Indian students, only IELTS is required.
