Yes, you can go abroad after B.Tech in CSE as a holder of the Polytechnic degree. Many of the universities in Australia, UK, and Canada issue recognised Polytechnic diplomas, so credit exemptions for your B.Tech degree might come up. This will lead you to accelerated pathways for pursuing a bachelor's degree or even postgraduate studies. Normally, you'd be required to meet requirements in admission, such as English language proficiency tests like IELTS and TOEFL. Some institution will require standardized test scores for a particular programme and country selected.
