There are various countries you can choose which offer B.Tech Civil Engineering from prestigious institutes. Out of all the countries - USA, Canada, Germany and Australia are the most widely considered countries for Indian students to consider while taking this decision.

Yes, the Management School, University of Liverpool UK permits international students to work while studying. Overseas students must be mindful of the fact that they can work no more than 20 hours per week while classes are in session and it is essential that this employment does not interfere with a their academic program. During vacations, they can work for unlimited hours.
