· On Campus- Wharton provides On campus housing options to all its students and rooms are well air conditioned and amenities such as bathroom, beds and close proximity to colleges and classes as these college houses are at centre location of University of Penn. These on campus housing options can cost first year student USD 12,640 and USD 16,580 a year for Upper classes such as MBA.

Wharton is popular school among international students although living expense along with high tuition fee can feel little expensive. According to Wharton's official site, international student has to spend amount of USD 33,804 for one year to pursue MBA at this B-School from which big chunk will go in paying rent. 80% of Wharton MBA students live near Rittenhouse Square which is located in centre city. Centre City is known for its best restaurants, shopping outlets and nightlife.

This Business school received 7,322 applications for their MBA programme for class of 2026, out of which only 866 students received offer letter. Wharton placement rate according to above mentioned data is 11-15% which makes this school bit competitive.
