Yes UF international students can work part time while studying. International students can work a maximum of 20 hours/week in Spring and Fall sem.
Additionally during the summer/school breaks international students are allowed to a maximum of 30 hours/week.

There are limited number of University of California Santa Barbara scholarships available for international students. However, there are some resources that can help international first-year applicants in getting scholarships and loans.
