Hi Shivani, American universities are very flexible, so there could be a chance. It depends on your overall profile, how good your skills are and how you demonstrate your interest. You must have a good score in SAT must show some good computing skills etc. Write to the universities, the admission team will guide you according to your profile. You can also select your major later, apply with undecided major first, and select your major in the second year onwards. Again, this will depend on how good your skills and aptitude are.

Hi,
Yes, you can. You can check associate degree programs. It will be difficult to find Diplomas, Or apply for a Bachelor's degree. For either course, you must take ACT or SAT, so decide wisely.

Which institute are you asking about? And, I think you should get in touch with the institute directly, check websites or email them for annual fee details.

Unfortunately, no you can't. Not only in Germany, but 45% is not quite acceptable abroad. German universities again are very competitive and prefers students with more than 80%.

You should write to the university and ask them if you can apply before the results are out. Usually they allow this, but application will be evaluated only after your actual scores are out. Please write to them.
