This becomes very helpful for students from India to seek admission in these countries. When one is thinking for placements after studies, Canada being bigger country than New Zealand, correspondingly offers much more jobs than New Zealand. Best wishes to you.

I must say that you have set yourself a good aim / goal that you want to achieve. Scoring just below 60% in your graduation in engineering and still want to proceed to Germany for MS is definitely going to take some work by you. First and foremost never say never! Have a positive attitude. Admissions in universities abroad are based on a wider spectrum of criteria and not exclusively on academics. Hence I feel you have some chance. I would advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students to Germany for MS because such Agencies will be knowing different nuances in the whole process.
Best wishes to you.
