Fellowship programs typically are offered to Ph.D. but some exceptions are also there. Please check University of British Columbia, University of Waterloo, University of Toronto, York University and University of Alberta. Visit the graduate studies pages Finance and Accounts, I think that's an area you are best suited for.

Hi,
Lateral entry admissions are not very common and difficult for international students. You have to check with the universities directly, they will check your credit point requirements and other requirements for transfer.

Hi, take an education loan from banks like SBI, PNB etc. , the loan covers tuition and living expenses. You can get scholarships but they are gjven by the universities and they select students on merit, they will evaluate your marks, extracurricular activities etc. And choose. Full scholarship is also difficult.

Hi Robin, UGC approval is all you need, but if you want to know about immigration you should go to a visa official. For further studies UGC approval is the onky thing accepted but depends on the university if they ask for WES evaluation or not.
