It's a low percentage but admissions also depend on other factors like recommendation letters, personal statement, GRE score and how competitive the chosen university is. Getting into a top tier university will be very difficult. You have to check university websites, compare the entry requirements, fees etc. and prepare.

GMAT is required for management programs like MBA. First, you need to decide what you want to study basis your interest, there are many courses from PG Diploma to Masters in healthcare field which you can pick, you have to visit college websites and check the programme and see what interest you. Secondly your percentage is low so admissions will be difficult. PG Diploma is better for you.

Curtin University is well known. PSB is a private academy. But before enrolling into any one check the career assistance they provide and faculty profiles.

Yes, scholarships are available basis financial background, they are usually called need-based scholarship. But for international students it is difficult to get because universities prefer domestic candidates for such scholarship. An applicant must be a very strong candidate to be considered for need-based scholarship.

You can apply but admission will depend on the university. It is difficult to say if you will get admission or not because every university has its own selection process. Overall Irish universities not highly competitive so chances of admission is still there. You must also take the IELTS. Additionally your SOP and Recommendation Letters are also required.
