Yes, you can do that. PPL in India is issued after 40 hours flying + DGCA exams + PPL issue checks.
You can take PPL from India and then proceed abroad to complete your training for CPL. But remember this is not going to give you any additional benefits. Because PPL privileges for Indian license cannot be exercised abroad, as the criteria for issue of PPL or CPL differs from country to country.
Like countries which are regulated by FAA, issue CPL only after 250 hours of flying. And in India, it's DGCA that imposes and enforces the laws of aviation. Here you can get your CPL at 200 hours of flying only.

Both are equal. I would suggest visit the colleges and meet the current students and faculty first and then take a decision.

Hi Ninad,
It differs from country to country. In USA, the average required work experience for MBA scale ranges from 3-10 years with many business schools requiring experience after under graduation. However in Australia, many business schools require students to have additional managerial experience apart from the executive level experience with the average range being 1- 3 years. Here are some top colleges for MBA all over the world:-
1. Wharton, University of Pennsylvania requires 5-6 years between graduation and joining the MBA.
2. Stanford Graduate School of Business requires 4 years average work experience.
3. California Business

Dear Gursharn,
Unfortunately, such universities do not exist. However, if you check the fees on the websites of different universities then you can choose the ones which charge the least. Look for universities in the Tasmanian region as they have a lower demand comparatively so they may be charging lower fees or offering concessions. All the best.

Dear Dalip, You can go for a Masters in Physics either taught or by research, alternatively there are Masters courses which if you want to can continue into Ph.D. if your interest is in research then I would strongly recommend this as you would have higher career prospects. All the best.

If you have great scores in the SAT/ACT, excellent grades and recommendations from teachers, extracurricular activities; then you may be offered scholarship at one of the premier institutes in US. However, getting a full scholarship can be hard as most international students are usually offered partial scholarship only.
