It is important to study MBBS from a good university irrespective of whether you study in India or abroad. If you choose a good university, it's worth to study MBBS abroad. For admission to MBBS abroad it is important that you score at least 50% in PCB and qualifying score in NEET. If you don't have this and still decide to go abroad you will not be eligible to practice in India. This totally depends on the score of your examination in Oxford University for engineering science. It will be my suggestion to go for engineering in any IITs, NITs IIITs or any other Indian government college and go for Masters by cracking GRE and TOEFL tests.
