With 56 percentile in JEE Main, chances would be less of getting a seat in CSE branch. Also, chances would be less of getting a seat through JoSAA Counselling. You can use the JEE Main College Predictor Tool to check the colleges and engineering branches you can get through state level counselling. You can also get admission to BTech programme based on score obtained in COMEDK or AIEEE. The overall cutoff for KCET is 46515 - 66750 rank. For Round 2 seat allotment, the closing rank for Computer Science and Engineering is 69100.

Many colleges require a minimum of 75% aggregate in the Class 12 (or equivalent) board examination, with a minimum of 65% aggregate for SC, ST, and PWD students. Some colleges accept JEE Main 60-70 percentiles for B Tech admission, but require a minimum of 50% in Class 12th to be considered.

Please keep in mind that the minimum percentage required in JEE for B.Tech admission varies by college. Aside from IITs, NITs, and IIITs, many B.Tech colleges will admit you if your JEE Main score is higher than 80 percentile.
