Step 2: Click on 'Online Admission Application' on the Home page.

Step 3: Click on 'New Applicant' and fill out the application form.

Step 4: Upload the documents.

Step 5: Pay the application fee and submit the form.

TNOU Diploma total tuition fee ranges between INR 3,500 and INR 7,200. Candidates need to pay fee after completion of the selection rounds to confirm their seat. Tamil Nadu Open University fees include multiple components, such as the tuition fee, hostel fee, etc. Caution fee is one-time payable at the time of admission.  The fee excludes caution deposit of INR 300.
