Tata-Dhan Academy (TDA) has decent placements, especially for development sector roles, but it's more niche-focused on rural and social development jobs. Dakshin Institute of Management Sciences has a broader range of placements, covering more industries, so it can offer slightly more options. But, if you're interested in development work, TDA's connections are stronger there.

The fees for the UG Diploma at SIHMCT Tiruchirappalli are usually moderate falling from INR 50,000 to INR 1,00,000 per year. In comparison with many other private enterprises, it is a fairly reasonable price, given that it is a College of Technology that allows its students access to the industry and job placement in the sphere of hospitality. That depends on individual pockets and the likelihood of the returns by way of promotions and improved pay.

Placement for the B.Sc students of SIHMCT Tiruchirappalli lies in the average salary band of INR 3 to 5 Lacs per annum. However, this depends on the performance of the student, intercalary with the internships done, and the recruiting companies. Big hotel brands, flight companies and other chain operators in the hospitality industry may offer better packages depending on the experience of the applicant but generally for students in particular. However, the most credible information on the employment of college graduates can be taken from the official placement office of the college or a college alumni network.

Tata-Dhan Academy, Madurai, is more focused on development management, and placements are largely in the social sector, NGOs, government projects, and social enterprises. No corporate jobs with fat pay packets, of course, but the academy likes its students to prepare for impact roles in rural development, microfinance, and community health. Around INR 5 to INR 7 lakhs per annum basis organisation role, though that may vary because TDA more looks into the impact rather than the high pay and their alumni normally hold leadership positions in these development sectors.
