Prefer Anna University, as it has good reputation and name for several courses. Second option, you can keep for PSG. Anna University is top in Tamil Nadu.

As a student of TSM, my opinion is MBA in TSM is better than MBA in PSG.
TSM: Development Immersion Programme, Rural Immersion Programme, loaded with assignments, so that you can easily manage corporate work, ethics and values are given importance. 2016 MHRD rating: 15th, Top B-Schools (All India) Hansa Research Survey: 51st.
PSG: More global exposure, choice-based credit system, experiential learning with games, unique pedagogy .Top B-Schools (All India) Hansa Research Survey: 43rd.
Whatever is the college's resources or ranking, you will have to sweat it out and efficiently utilize it.

Eligibility requirements for part-time MBA programs are quite similar to the requirements seen in full time MBA programs. Just that these programs are designed for working professionals with at least two years of work experience.
Candidates will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university. They would also need GMAT or other entrance exam scores, essays, recommendation letters, a resume, and a personal statement.
However, in many colleges that offer direct admission, aspirants will not be required to submit GMAT or other entrance test scores.

I am not sure with that score that you will get any best college in Tamil Nadu, but you can try at Crescent University, since it is a minority institution. All the best.
