Teachers Recruitment Board, Tripura (TRBT) conducts Tripura Teachers’ Eligibility Test (Tripura TET or T-TET) to determine the eligibility of candidates for the post of teachers in the schools of Tripura. The exam is conducted for two papers- Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is for candidates who plan to teach classes 1 to 5 and Paper 2 is for candidates who want to teach classes 6 to 8.

Candidates who qualify for the Tripura TET exam are awarded a certificate that remains valid for seven years. It may be noted that Tripura TET is provisional in nature. This means that passing this exam does not entitle to any job to the candidates.
