The PSTET passing marks for the General category are 60% (90 marks out of 150). The minimum qualifying marks does not guarantee selection for a teaching job.

Yes, the PSTET cut off is the same for Paper 1 and Paper 2 as each paper carried the same marks, that is, 150 marks. The Cut-Off will be released by the Board of School Education, Punjab. Generally, it is released along with the Result. The cutoff marks are determined by the conducting authority based on factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, the number of applicants, and the overall performance of candidates.

No, it is not possible to change the Kerala SET exam center after the issue of the admit card. The exam center is allotted based on the preferences provided by the candidate at the time of filling the application form, and the Kerala SET admit card contains the details of the exam center allotted to the candidate. Once the admit card is issued, the exam center cannot be changed under any circumstances. Candidates are required to appear for the exam at the allotted exam center as mentioned on their admit card. No, you cannot check the PSTET Result offline. The exam authority does not publish the PSTET result in offline mode. The candidates have to check the PSTET result in online mode. The candidates have to visit the official website regularly after the PSTET exam is concluded to know the latest information of the PSTET result. After the release of the PSTET results, the certificates will be released for the PSTET.

PSTET (PunjabTeacher Eligibility Test) exam consists of two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Each paper has 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) with four options and a single correct answer. The total marks for both papers are 150, with each question carrying one mark.

The duration of the PSTET Exam is 2.5 hours for Paper 1 and Paper 2. The exam is conducted in two shifts, morning and afternoon. Each paper has 150 MCQs with each question is for one mark.

After qualifying the PSTET exam, the candidates are awarded with the eligibility Certificate. PSTET does not guarantee any job after the candidate qualifies the exam. Though, the candidates will become eligible for the recruitment exam after qualifying for the PSTET exam. The recruitment exam for recruiting teachers in the schools of Punjab. The candidates can apply for the different vacancies according to their eligibility. The Punjab government releases the vacancies for the teachers according to the needs of the state.

The candidates  who want to appear for the Kerala SET exam must know that both the Papers in the Kerala SET exam are compulsary. The Paper 1 consists 120 questions and Paper 2 consists 120 questions. Paper 2 is subject specific and the questions are asked from the subjects that is opted by the candidates while filling out the application.

Candidates planning to teach Classes 1 to 5 need to qualify PSTET Paper 1. Candidates planning to teach Classes 6 to 8 need to qualify for PSTET Paper 2. Candidates planning to teach Classes 1 to 8 need to qualify both papers. The candidates have to apply for the papers according to their eligibility set by the board.
