Yes, in some cases, you can directly take admission to a B.Ed course in a Secondary Training College without sitting in the Common Admission Process (CAP), as per the college regulations and state norms, but most of the colleges will require you to sit in an entrance test or merit-based admission based on your graduation marks; always ask the concerned college about their admission process.

The total tuition fees for the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) at the Government Teacher Training Institute is INR 30,000. This includes only the tuition fees, and other fees such as registration fees, mess, hostel, etc., are not included in this. It's recommended to verify the exact fee structure with the institute directly, as it can vary slightly depending on the current academic year and any applicable government regulations. If you are able to avail any scholarships, you can get some concession in the fees.

Your CTET certificate will be effective only if you are eligible at the time of result announcement. As you have an ATKT in the first year of D.El.Ed, you need to clear it in order to meet the minimum qualification criteria. If you clear the ATKT after one year of the CTET exam, your certificate should remain valid, subject to the fact that you become eligible retrospectively. Yet, certain hiring authorities might demand evidence of qualifications completed at the time of application for employment. It's always better to check with CTET authorities or your state education board for verification.

Yes, there are provisions in many of the institutions for completing their incomplete B.Ed. It depends on the institution and the incomplete time of the course. Although specific rules regarding credit transfer and time limits for completion may apply; this is often referred to as a "multiple entry and exit" system in higher education institutions. The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) in India may have regulations regarding re-admission for incomplete B.Ed courses, so you are advised to check their guidelines.
