Since BTC is a two year regular course, you may look for distance courses in any of the subjects you wish to specialize in like B.A/M.A mathematics, psychology, education etc. You may also pursue online courses related to education, education management, education technology etc from portals like coursera.org, EdX. Another option is ignou that offers certificate courses related to psychology, child development, counselling, blended learning, curriculum designing, policy making, subject specific certificate courses are also available. Bachelors in this course is quite enough for getting a good job in teaching field with good salary and after completing CTET they get paid heavily. But still if any candidate wants to join teaching in college then Masters and M.Ed courses are good options for them. After doing this course candidates have to appear in the exam conducted by CBSE i.e. UGC NET exam
