If one of your degree is through correspondence, then there's no issue!
Make sure B.Ed through correspondence is recognised by the NCTE. Now, as far PhD. is concerned, U.G.C has stopped recognizing any PhD through correspondence mode.

Hi Sweety,
In B.Ed, there is 2 optional subject and 5 compulsory subjects and the 2 optional subjects are based on your graduation stream. So, you can choose as per your requirement. You can take maths or English as optional subjects.

You can do 1 year B.Ed correspondence course in this institutes:
St Thomas college, St Anna college, Al Madiana College, Kurushetra university, Anna University, Hindu college and Haryana University.

Sanhita, don't worry. Many government as well as private universities giving admission for B.Ed without entrance but be sure that you have sufficient percentage to get admission because most of the universities select students on the basis of merit. In Kolkata, some universities give admission without entrance exam. You can try for that.

Yes, it is valid to apply for both government and private primary section. The course duration is 6 months only so that who are in service, they can also complete the course without hampering their job.

Your % is not sufficient to apply for B.Ed. Most of the university offers two years B.Ed course for which minimum 50% is required either in graduation or Masters. They give admission through entrance or online but on the merit basis.

There is no any entrance exam for B.Ed regular or correspondence in MDU. They give admission on merit basis through online. Minimum 50% in either graduation or Masters is the only criterion.
