Since PSTU is committed to Telugu language and culture development, Telugu is typically required in its curriculum. There is very little public domain material as yet suggesting that Telugu as a second language could be replaced by Special English. If Special English is offered, the use of it would presumably be contingent on the particular course syllabus and any special provisions for non-Telugu-speaking students.

The annual tuition charge for M.Ed at Chitkara College of Education amounts to INR 80,000 while the complete educational cost for two years reaches INR 1,60,000. The tuition fees are supplemented with examination fees, library fees and hostel fees that add up to INR 20,000 per annum. Meritorious students at the college receive educational scholarships that include various levels of tuition fee waivers reaching up to 20%. Chitkara College of Education operates an M.Ed programme which secured approval from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) to deliver research and practical training at its core.

Nalanda Open University offers several courses at the UG, PG, Diploma, Certificate and PhD levels. BEd is the flagship programme at NOU Bihar. The total tuition fees for the same is around INR 50 K. However, in the total fee charged by NOU Patna for BEd, it can include multiple components, such as tuition fees, security deposit, application fee, hostel fees, mess fees, and more. To apply for the BEd course at NOU, candidates must appear for Bihar Bachelor of Education Combined Entrance Test (Bihar BEd CET). 

In East Delhi, it might be difficult to follow a Diploma in Physical Education (D.P.Ed) without the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) since most of the institutions need entrance exams. 

After completing an MEd at Maharaja Ganga Singh University, candidates can easily get job opportunities in both government and private sectors in the fields of teaching and education. After completing an MEd course at MGSU Bikaner, candidates can take up various jobs in the government as well as the private sector. Candidates interested in teaching roles can choose to work at Schools,  Colleges,  Coaching centres, etc. They can also apply for administrative or management roles in these institutions once they have significant work experience. They can also puruse a PhD in Education to expand their knowledge and career scope.

Maharaja Ganga Singh University offers MEd through its affiliated colleges. The placement data may vary across the affiliated colleges. MEd degree holders usually find jobs in schools for teaching and administrative roles. As the exact placement data on MGSU Bikaner MEd placements is not available, it cannot be said with certainity if the university is offering good placements. However, as per the university's AQAR report 2021-22, the highest salary package offered across all courses at the university was INR 5.71 LPA.
