Yes, a B.Tech graduate can fill human resource management as a subject in the UGC NET JRF exam. According to the eligibility criteria:

  • Candidates with a 4-year bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field are eligible to appear for the UGC NET in Human Resource Management (Code 55).
  • The subject you can write the UGC NET exam in is the same as your postgraduate degree subject. So if a B.Tech graduate has a master's degree in Human Resource Management, they can choose that subject for the UGC NET exam.
  • The key requirements are having a master's degree, regardless of the bachelor's degree, and the master's degree should be in the subject
