Yes, a B.Tech graduate can fill human resource management as a subject in the UGC NET JRF exam. According to the eligibility criteria:
- Candidates with a 4-year bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field are eligible to appear for the UGC NET in Human Resource Management (Code 55).
- The subject you can write the UGC NET exam in is the same as your postgraduate degree subject. So if a B.Tech graduate has a master's degree in Human Resource Management, they can choose that subject for the UGC NET exam.
- The key requirements are having a master's degree, regardless of the bachelor's degree, and the master's degree should be in the subject

To become certified as a Senior Secondary School teacher, you must complete the Bachelor of Education in the topic of your choice. After receiving a Master's or Bachelor's degree in the field, students can enroll in this 2-year course, which includes required teaching experience. Candidates have to also clear CTET entrance examination or other Teacher Eligibility Test in order to be eligible to become a Senior Secondary teacher in India.

B.Ed is a course which is purely related to teaching field whereas B.P.Ed is related to the field of Physical Education. The difference between both the courses are as follows:
