Kurukshetra University B.Ed tuition fees range between INR 16.24K and INR 96.63K. The total course fee includes other components such as hostel charges, library fee, security deposit, and more. Some of the fee components are one-time chargeable, and some are charged annually/semesterly. The fee amount mentioned here is taken from the official website/sanctioning body. KUK B.Ed selection criteria is merit-based. Merit for KUK B.Ed admission is determined on the basis of marks secured in the last qualifying examination. In case a candidate has both graduations as well as a master's degree, the higher percentage of marks obtained either in UG or PG will be taken into consideration.

The cutoff for the M.Ed (Master of Education) programme at Apex University, Jaipur is not explicitly mentioned. However, the eligibility criteria for the M.Ed programme at Apex University are as follows:
A candidate should have a B.Ed degree with a minimum of 55% marks for General category students and 50% marks for SC/ST/OBC/Widow/Divorcee category students from any recognised university
Graduation with a minimum of three years duration and at least 50% marks is required for the M.Ed program

If you have secured at least 55% marks in Masters Degree or equivalent examination from universities or institutions recognised by UGC in Humanities (including languages) and Social Science, Computer Science & Applications, Electronic Science etc. are eligible for this. These conditions should be meet to eligible for this exam.

Since you studied physical science, which is a subfield of physics, you are only eligible if you completed your coursework within all three of your graduation years. Furthermore, it differs from institution to university. You are not permitted by law to enroll in two normal courses at once. This is not a factor. In India, though, everything is conceivable. If you personally asked me, I would have to reply that you could accomplish it from a lesser-known university.
The biggest restriction is that you cannot present both your degree and Diploma when applying for government jobs or during other interviews.
