If you are doing regular B. Ed, then it will be job attendance v/s college attendence.
Any open University which is valid and accepted by government, as well as Internationally should be good option.
So, you can take a admission in any university by knowing there attendance systems if you are a Governmeny Employee.

DU B. Ed Admission 2023 is ongoing based on the CUET PG exam. The Delhi BEd registration based on CUET was ongoing from March 20 to May 05, 2023. Candidates will have to apply on the official website of NTA to seek Delhi BEd Admissions.

Yes, you can pursue B. Ed and MA together in the same year but one should be in regular mode and other in distance mode. Pursuing both B.Ed and MA together will help you in saving time as in two years you will be having a post-graduate degree and also have the most coveted teaching degree B.

No, you cannot do a B.Sc in zoology to correct your subjects' combination for TGT teacher after having completed a B.Sc in biotechnology.
The eligibility criteria for TGT teacher in most states requires the candidate to have a B.Sc degree with zoology and botany as the main subjects. Since you have already completed a B.Sc in biotechnology, you will not be eligible to apply for TGT teacher posts.
