I'm sorry, but IIT Kanpur does not offer a B.Ed. Programme. While IIT Kanpur offers various undergraduate, postgraduate and research programs, it does not offer any programme in education. You may want to check with other universities or colleges in the area that offer B.Ed. Programs.

I apologize, but I could not find the exact fee structure for Vivekananda College of Education, Debra for the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program. However, the approximate fee for B.Ed. in West Bengal ranges from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 per year, depending on the college and the university. It is best to visit the college's official website or contact them directly for detailed information on the fee structure and other relevant details.

I apologize, but there is no college named S.P. Jain College that I am aware of. It is important to note that cutoff information varies from year to year and depends on various factors such as the number of applicants, difficulty level of the exam, and availability of seats. You can check the official website of the college or the university that offers the B.Ed. program for the latest cutoff information.
