No you can't apply for B.Ed. Now. Only after completing your graduation degree you are eligible to apply for the B.Ed. Degree. So, first of all finish your graduation and then apply for B.Ed. In IGNOU.

Yes you can do M.Ed. After completing B.Ed. Some of the university or colleges for same are Rides, NIEs, and also there are many state government colleges as well.

Yes, Of course you can do it. Either you can take a no work no pay leave if possible and can pursue B.Ed. In direct mode at any college if you have a authentic B.Sc. Degree. Otherwise you can pursue B.Ed. In distance mode as well.

Hello, There are three St. Xaviers Colleges that offer admission to the B.Ed.
1) St. Xaviers College, Kolkata, an autonomous college affiliated with the University of Kolkata
2) St. Xaviers College Ranchi is affiliated with Ranchi University.
