Hello Sikander Singh, normally speaking, government colleges do not prescribe any cutoff for seeking admission. Anyone with minimum marks prescribed can apply for admission. So is the case with this college. It has not prescribed any qualifying marks as cutoff.

Yes, you can take admission in B.Ed without entrance exam. There are some government universities in Haryana including Maharishi Dayanand University (MDU), Kurukshetra University, KU and Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University (CRSU) offer direct admission in B.Ed.

Hello Ramanpreet Kaur, after reading about this institution, i felt that, this is a govt initiative to improve quality of teachers and hence courses conducted here must be free of cost. Meaning only existing teachers who are nominated, only could undertake this course. Hence there is no mention of any fee structure.
