The admission process for BTech is based on qualifying entrance exams such as JEE Main/ SUAT. Candidates with JEE Main rank less than 3,00,000 or Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) rank less than 50,000 are exempted from Sharda University Admission Test (SUAT)

For admission to Sharda School of Engineering and Technology, you have to get atleast 60% in 12th and for 10 th class you have to get at least 50% in all subjects.

In JEE Main you have to score atleast 80 % or upto 300000 rank.

Eligibility Criteria:

Class 12 with 70% aggregate and minimum 60% marks in PCM Computer Science/ PCB for Biotechnology without a gap between Class 10 & 12. Minimum 50% marks in Maths. SUAT (Online Test) Followed by Personal Interview or JEE All India Rank up to 3 Lacs or UPSEE All India Rank up to 50,000.

The intake capacity of CSE at Sharda University is 180 but most of the colleges including Sharda University teach CS and IT students together, so the combined intake capacity would be 300. There are around 4-5 sections in the CS department and each section includes 50-60 students.
